A: On the course page of your choice, click the "Join" button. (Adding to cart will not work). When you navigate to the “payment” section, you will find the three available payment options. You may then select the one you prefer, and enter payment details as normal

A: Yes, only if it is a course-specific purchase code. "Cart"-style coupon codes won't work for payment plans

A: There are three payment options available: a one-time payment, a 3 month payment plan option, and a 6 month payment plan option

A: Once a program is joined, no. However, if you would like to complete the remaining balance early, you can do so by emailing [email protected]

A: We are hoping the answer is “yes”. The purpose of these new payment plans is to offer more options for our international queens.

A: The website will automatically attempt to retry the payment a maximum of two times (usually within a week or two of the payment due date), and if it fails to collect it again, access to the course will be revoked. However, course access will automatically be granted again once the payment is complete

A: Please login on our website with the email address associated with your purchase, and navigate to settings (the circle button located directly right of the "Log In" button in the upper-right corner of the website.) Click "Billing" (listed underneath "Account Information") and you may change your payment method here.

A: Yes, as long as a payment plan is active, course access is available. If the course is paid in full course access is available indefinitely

A: It may, as e-wallets often create a “second” encrypted credit card number for privacy purposes, that is often no longer be active upon a device switch. If this happens, and you receive an error accessing your course, don't worry at all. You may update your new payment plan ahead of time, or send us an email at [email protected] for assistance

A: Yes, they will. However, our pre-existing payment plans have been a bit restrictive for our worldwide community, which unfortunately we haven't had control over as these are 3rd-party payment options managed by their own private companies and our website provider. This is why we wanted to host our own native-built payment plans to overcome these barriers.

Our website's version of Klarna only supports US-based payments (no cross-border transactions) for eligible customers, Afterpay supports regions such as the US, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada for eligible customers, and PayPal Pay Later (sometimes available for select customers depending on your PayPal account) is available to US residents as well. Please note that some courses may not be eligible for payment plans via these options depending on your personal credit history or income information, in addition to dollar-based purchase limit or range restrictions set by the payment plan host.
