Q: Does the retreat include hotel accommodations?
A: Yes, we have reserved a group hotel, with an individual hotel room for you included with this retreat. It is a Thursday night check in, and Monday morning check out.

Q: Does the retreat include transportation?
A: Yes, transportation is provided to and from the retreat daily. All other transportation including getting to and from Costa Rica are separate accommodations from the retreat

Q: What will I need to bring for the retreat?
A: The retreat dashboard has a section with suggestions for what to bring, and can be accessed once you join the retreat. Our team will be sending an entire packing list and a "what to know before you go" guide

Q: Can I still join this even if I haven't taken the courses?
A: Absolutely! If this course is on your heart, there is a reason for it. This retreat will include advanced level inner work trainings, having the other courses will allow you to go deeper, however they are not required

Q: Do I have lifetime access to the recorded trainings after the retreat?
A: Yes, the trainings are yours for life once you join

Q: Will there be upcoming retreats I can join in person in the future?
A: At the moment, this is the last planned retreat for 2026. All announcements for upcoming retreats will be made on YouTube, through @awwlexis on Instagram, and through email (double check you are subscribed to thefeminineglow.com on home page)

Q: Is there a detailed description of all the trainings & activities the retreat will include?
A: All retreat details and itineraries are located inside the dashboard once you join, most of the retreat activities will remain a surprise until the weekend begins

Q: Will food be provided throughout the retreat?
A: Yes, a luxurious lunch will be provided daily along with snacks & refreshments throughout the day. Any allergies and diets, we will absolutely accommodate for​

Q: Is there an age requirement/limit to attend the retreat?
A: Yes, the minimum age requirement is 21

Q: Will child care be provided?
A: No, childcare will not be provided at the retreat location, however you are welcome to bring your kids if you would like to vacation with them before/after the retreat
