I did my very first live on YouTube today. I felt so confident and good , but once i saw all these people joining i freaked out and got nervous and the charisma was struggling lol.

One person kept calling me cringe and was being so mean and in the moment , i wasn’t offended . But now it keeps bothering me at the back of my head .

does anyone have advice on how to handle these difficult emotions ?
